Parking and Commuter Services provides a variety of daily parking voucher options for employee use at a number of locations that can be paid for through BCH payroll deductions. You must be a Boston Children’s direct-paid employee to use this option.
Vouchers can be purchased online in packs of 3. The maximum that can be purchased is 5 packs (15 vouchers) in a calendar month.
Federal tax guidelines does not allow us to sell or subsidize more than 15 vouchers total passes per month due to subsidy maximum tax allowances.
Daily parking voucher purchases are non-refundable and expired passes cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Daily offsite vouchers are not valid for weekend and holiday use.
Daily parking voucher usage is dependent on available space at the assigned facility. Purchasing a daily voucher is not a guarantee of available space on any given day, and a garage may turn away daily parkers due to capacity issues. Please review the Pay As You Go Parking program on the Children's Today site as it can serve as an alternate option if you need to park elsewhere and pay out of pocket.
The 15 voucher monthly maximum is in combination with receipts submitted though Pay As You Go.
